TERMS OF RENTAL APARTMENTS

I.      GENERAL INFORMATION

1.     The Regulations define the conditions under which you make a reservation and rental apartments. Making your reservation is tantamount to accepting the provisions of these Regulations. At the time of booking and rental agreement shall be deemed concluded.

GUEST/CUSTOMERS - the person making the reservation and then the client company a.kolobrzeg.pl - Apartamenty w Ko這brzegu;

LANDLORD - a.kolobrzeg.pl - Apartamenty w Ko這brzegu company providing rental service.

II.      BOOKING

1.      To make a reservation please call or e-mail also email while fulfilling the booking form located on the site. Reservations require a non-refundable reservation fee of 30% of the rental price. III.      STAY

1.      The agreement concluded between the landlord and the customer covers only rent the facility. Travel arrangements and organizing the time of stay are the responsibility of the customer. The price given in the e-mail confirmation is the total rental price of taking account of all taxes and charges for utilities and final cleaning, with the exception of local tax which is payable on arrival.

2.      Should arrive at a time agreed with the person responsible for handing the keys. The customer is obliged to inform the person at the latest the day before the planned arrival at the keys. 3.      The customer is obliged to observe the rules of good neighborhood and maintain a rented apartment in good condition. The customer is obliged to inform the person responsible for handing the keys of any defects and faults found in the apartment, and to report any damage caused during your stay. 8.      Receiving the keys to the apartment by the landlord from the Customer is always in place, the last day of his stay.

9.      For lost keys to your apartment You are responsible for a fee of 150 PLN.

IV.      FINAL INFORMATION

1.      In the case of unforeseeable circumstances whose consequences can not be liquidated by common means, landlord reserves the right to offer the customer facility similar to the object originally booked. The landlord has the right, in the case of events caused by force majeure to cancel the contract.

2.      This also applies to cases in which the personal security of the customer or its property, for reasons beyond the landlord not be guaranteed. Amounts paid by the customer shall be immediately refunded, minus the amounts due for services already rendered.

V.      PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

1.      When booking, the customer agrees to the processing of personal data solely for the purpose of the reservation and complete the accommodation registration under the provisions of the Act of 29.08.1997 on the protection of personal data.
